I understand that I am a guest of Morgan school district and will be respectful of the facilities. I understand that I am not going to touch the band equipment and that I am personally liable for any damage I might incur. I agree to respect the teacher and the other members of the class.

I understand that a commitment of practicing (amount to be explained by the teacher) is necessary to help me progress. I also understand that my practicing is important to help my group sound its best.

I understand that MVSP/MVCO is a two semester commitment. I understand that I can pay in full now, or I can pay in three payments, due the first week of September, October and November. All tuition must be paid in full by November 15th, or late charges will be applied.
